These guys were fantastic! Start to finish, they were consummate professionals without being stiff or too sales oriented. They really just wanted to make sure I got something that would work for me, and was appropriate for my situation. Everyone in the showroom was lovely and willing to walk me through all the options even when I showed up randomly in the middle of a rain shower. It had been several months since they first helped me with a busted door when I first moved into my new place. Since that day, when they kindly helped get someone over quickly to ensure my property remained safe, I'd been considering getting the whole thing replaced, so when I finally started looking into it, they were the first people I thought of. They are excellent at getting things planned, making sure you know what's going to happen, and checking in with you throughout the process. I even had an extra complication with needing to have some electrical work done prior to their install, and they checked in at just the right pace to make sure I could get it sorted, which was especially nice of them. The actual day of install they were on time, quite lovely folks that got everything setup in a matter of hours. They even managed to fit me in earlier due to a cancellation! I'm telling you, this place runs like clockwork. Probably the best experience I've had with any form of tradesmen so far. And of course, I'm obsessed with my new door. It's so much more secure, looks smart, and yet doesn't stand out too much from my neighbors. Also, it's insulated! 🤩 Already I can tell the difference there alone and it's amazing. My mother is 93 and needed repairs to her garage door. Craig and the team went over and above to reassure her who was coming and when. The service was excellent. We have been very happy with the customer service provided by Garage Door & Automation Company. From the original quotation through to installation we have found the staff to be very helpful. The engineers who installed the Garage door were very professional and did an excellent job. I would be happy to recommend Garage Door & Automation to anyone looking to install a high quality garage door.
